Refugees, Living on Borrowed Land (El Universal)

July 03, 2018

IFPRI Research Analyst Ernesto Tiburcio published an article in Mexican paper El Universal, summarizing the plight of the Rohingya refugees. The article recognizes the abuse perpetrated against the Muslim minority group and the massive international support from various humanitarian and governmental organizations. Tiburcio notes there is always more to be done. The refugee camp is overcrowded and resources are scarce.
