Milling process takes nutrients out of rice (Dhaka Tribune)

February 14, 2019

Dhaka Tribune wrote an article about rice millers in Bangladesh over-polishing grain and taking essential micro-nutrients out of the staple crop. At the launch of the EAT-Lancet Commission Report, experts called for adopting healthy diets in the country.
